GVMC Remembrance Day Crib Tournament
Cancelled due to Covid-19 Pandemic
The GVMC's Remembrance Day Crib Tournament will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2020 at the GVMC Clubhouse at #306-192nd St. Surrey B.C. Sign up and coffee will be from 10:30am - 11:00am with the games starting at 11:02am after two minutes silence to honour our veterans. The event is generally over by 4:00pm. Signup is $20.00 which includes snacks, a meal and cash prizes. All are welcome. You don't have to be a Club member to participate. Just a beginner - come on out and learn - we don't play cut throat crib. Everyone is more than happy to help new players. It's great fun - lots of laughs - and a chance to socialize off the bikes. Friends and family are welcome as well.
As we only have room for a maximum of 24 playersplease let us know if you are planning on attending by contacting us through the Contact Us on the left so that we can put your name on the list and count noses for food. Be sure to give us a phone number so that we can contact you if there are any changes to the event or if our quota is filled. Signup closes on Tuesday November 3, 2020

WE REOPENED ON JUNE 2, 2020 AND FORTH COMING MEETINGS ON A VOLUNTARY BASIS ONLY. FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY PLEASE FOLLOW THE COVID-19 PROCEDURES LISTED BELOW:
. IF YOU ARE SICK OR SHOWING SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19, STAY AWAY. STAY HOME OR SEE A DOCTOR.
. MAX 50 PEOPLE MAY GATHER AT ONE MEETING. (THIS IS INSIDE THE CLUBHOUSE AND OUT IN THE PARKING LOT.)
. YOU MUST MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING. 6 FEET FROM EACH OTHER.
. ONLY ONE PERSON IN THE KITCHEN AT A TIME, THERE IS NO FOOD PREPARATION AT THIS TIME BUT COFFEE AND TEA ARE PERMITTED.
. PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOURSELF; PLACE YOUR COFFEE/TEA CUP INTO THE COLLECTION BIN BY THE HANDICAPPED BATHROOM SO IT CAN BE WASHED.
. MASKS AND GLOVES ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE INDIVIDUAL THERE WILL BE LIMITED OR NO SUPPLY AT THE CLUB SO BRING YOUR OWN.
. BATHROOMS ARE ONE PERSON AT A TIME, PLEASE SHUT THE DOOR WHEN IN USE AND LEAVE OPEN WHEN VACANT.
. THE HANDICAP WASHROOM IS CURRENTLY OFF LIMITS FOR BATHROOM PRIVILEGES, ONLY PERSONS REQUIRING CLEANING SUPPLIES OR FIRST AID TREATMENT MAY ENTER.
. THE TABLES AND CHAIRS ALONG WITH COMMON AREAS WILL BE WASHED DOWN WITH HOT SOAPY WATER AFTER EACH MEETING.
